Orange and cinnamon custard
Ingredients:
500ml whole milk
150g sugar
15g orange powder VEGENAT
8g corn starch
3 free range eggs
2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan put the milk, the orange powder and the cinnamon sticks and bring to low heat to infuse 15 min. Remove and let it temper.
2. Separate the whites from the yolks and put the yolks in a bowl with the sugar, stir with a kitchen rods until you obtain a creamy mixture.
3. Dissolve the corn starch in 2 tablespoons of milk and add it to the previous mixture.
4. Remove the cinnamon and gradually and slowly add the yolks mixture. Stir for 10-15 min. until you obtain a soft cream of the density you want.
5. Place the preparation in individual recipients and leave it cool inside the fridge before consuming for 4-6h.

Lemon and cardamom creamy yogurt
Ingredients:
500g creamy yogurt (greek style)
300g low fat condensed milk
75ml whole milk
15g lemon powder VEGENAT
5 cardamom seeds
Preparation:
1. Crush the cardamom seeds with the mace to break them.
2. In a saucepan over low heat leave to infuse the whole milk and cardamom seeds for 15 min.
3. Add the Lemon Powder and dissolve, leave it rest for 20 min to cool.
4. Strain the mixture making a lot of pressure to obtain the maximum flavor.
5. In a bowl put inside the yogurt, the condensed milk and the aromatic citrus milk.
6. Beat very well with a blender food processor or kitchen rods until you obtain a creamy mixture.
7. Put the yogurt in little glasses and let it rest inside fridge 3- 4 h before consuming.
